Entrepreneur Summit 2011
When we look back at our Entrepreneurial lives, we will ultimately be looking at a series of decisions that created our destiny: smart decisions, stupid decisions, unimportant decisions and – those vital few decisions that shape our future.
Many business owners confided in me the most important decisions of their business LIFE was their decision to attend the Entrepreneur Summit 2011.
Here’s why:
The Entrepreneurial world is poised at a crossroads. The economic destruction of the last few years which is still continuing and still making business life treacherous, has created a business jungle. The terrible recession which began in 2008 is still with us, and recent turmoil in the international economic markets means we may be heading back into a “double dip” recession, a second period of economic downturn which promises to be far worse than the first.
And from the crossroads, there are only two choices. You either take the path of ‘business normality’ ‘business as usual’ and a reluctance to embrace Marketing, Sales and Online innovations – or you take the second path: The second path is the path of Entrepreneurial excellence. The path of Mastery. The path of securing your financial freedom FAST by mastering the Marketing, Sales and Online strategies that will enable you and your business to thrive.
The TYPICAL, NORMAL business owner, seems determined to slug it out on the first path, with their life dependent on governments, economies and customers they can’t influence, so battered and sceptical that they were not even willing to test that scepticism.
So consider this for a moment… could this be the reason why 80% of businesses go out of business within the first five years? If that’s what happens to MOST businesses… and MOST businesses approach their marketing strategies in the same way… isn’t that saying something about the methods they’re using?
But what about the others, the exceptional “twenty-percenters”, the ones who are not content to be ORDINARY?
Well, some were drawn to the second path – hungry enough for success with an open mind and a willingness to take things to the next level.. and that path brought them to The Entrepreneur Summit 2011.
The Summit was for everyone from established businesses to newcomers and start-ups.
We had one person businesses and large businesses, people who sell to businesses and people who sold to consumers. People who sold products, people who sold services. The size and type of the businesses wasn’t important.
What WAS important was their willingness to take the reins and finally accept full control and responsibility for their lives and businesses.
